Creations are fun. And keep the world spinning. New thoughts and ideas fill the void. So there is no fear. But sometimes it is tricky to wait. And yes ppl like mods get very busy. But fear not if there is a will there is a way.
Prototype*note this is only appliccable if you can use the creation. Otherwise it will have to wait.*
Everything has a beginning. So there is the prototype system for apps. Sometimes people want a feel for their stuff. And cannot wait for approval. Other times a mod will desire to see how it works. This here is where our trust in you shines.
Now with creating brand new creations. You will need to of course App said creation. But there will what is called an "prototype" avalible for you while you are awaiting approval of your new creation. The prototype must be noted with "prototype" next to it on your stat page, hyperlinking to the creation in question.
What this does is that while your creation is being created. You are allowed to use it. Granted there are a few restrictions. Depending on said creation.
This allows players to test their creations before the full aporoval, and allows people to roleplay without feeling as if they must wait to test out their creations. It will also grant GM and mods a good feel of how such an ability works. So it can be balenced properly.
*Important: Prototype consumables, weapons, armors, items also cannot be sold on the market.*
The following list shows the restrictions on each prototype.

Spells/abilities: will deal 50%damage if applicable. Otherwise grant 50%of any given benifit. For spells/abilities that do not do not involve an numerical value (granting flight, exanple) the post duration will be decreased by 1, and ACR cost will increase by +1.
Weapons: bonus the stats are halved, total damage halved.
Food: the bonuses granted are halved
Armor: DUR granted, and stats granted halved
Potions: healing/poison damage are halved, any additional bonuses halved.
Traps: Creature/animal has 50% escape chance.
Item: stats/effect is halved, post duriation reduced by 50%.
Houses: 1 less facility
When the creation is fully approved. The user on their stat page will be able to remove the prototype tag from their creation. And fully use the abilities, and effects fully. While also mass produce said creation for profit.
Note there can only be 5 prototypes per player. So across charecters this counts.
Realize that a prototype is for all sakes should not be abused in any shape, or form. And results in diciplinary actions on said player.
