Hierarchy: The Guild itself is known as Fortune's Denizens, and is ran by the Guild Master who is formally recognized and titled as The Ambassador. Guild Officers are recognized as Enforcers, and members themselves are recognized as Denizens. There is a secretive subgroup in the Guild only known to Enforcers and The Ambassador known as The Syndicate, which is also ran by The Ambassador.
The Syndicate acts as the Guild's hidden backbone and is meant to only have the most powerful Rogue's be a part of their ranks. From the rumored perspective it is said that The Syndicate are a small but fearsome corporation that delves directly into the world of PvP and actually gets paid behind the scenes to carry out assassinations on other Avatars.
