The user uses 1 ACR to throw the vial. Upon contact with an target, or an area nearby an target. The vial will explode spreading s thick grey haze in an area up to 15ft surrounding the point of orgin. This sill reduce the Acc of targets by 15 in the area of effect. This effect lasts up to 4 posts.
