Usage/Administer Restriction:
Upon consumption this uses 1 ACR. The user recovers up to 50 lost Health value lost, and restores 100 lost DFR. If health, or DFR values are max,or reaches mzx with left over, then the lowest one receives additional recovery. Additionally 4 posts all incomming damage is reduced by 5%. And the user regenerates 5 DFR per post.
If an higher level recovery potion is used then this effect is nullified.
